01/03/2024 I requested a trim today at about 2:00 pm on my hair and showed her the photo and she agreed. I said just straight short cut. The initial cut was too bad it’s not straight and while I understand that she can’t speak much English that’s okay I asked for someone who can check on her work as I was trying to say it’s not straight and she cut way too short already, she’s already going to blow dry it. I asked her colleague very calmly “do you think she did a good job” she said “no” and spoke in their own language as she was trying to explain to the one that cut my hair maybe how to repair it. I still ended up crying while paying $40 on my trim on the counter.
I recently had my hair done here, I asked for an ashy dark brown for my wedding. I spent 10 minutes with the hairdresser before getting it done to make sure the colour wouldn't show any warmth/red. Well, she dyed it a warm RED brown. It has never been this red ever in my life. She completely ruined my hair colour. I went back in and the manager was nice and tried to fix it by putting an ashy brown over it but it's too late - the red is still so strong. I will never get my hair coloured here, they obviously have no experience with colouring. She's ruined my hair and my wedding is in 2 weeks. They wouldn't refund my money either, and at first tried to claim it as my fault for having this hair colour.
