As a loyal customer at Manukau Life Pharmacy, I usually purchase Clinique products. I've ordered online twice, and the service is abysmal. They take forever to dispatch. Despite the website stating a 3-5 day delivery window, it actually takes 6 to 7 days just to pack the order, then wait for the courier to collect, followed by the delivery. Hopeless.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Staff seem clueless about their own products. They advertise gifts with purchase, but there are no gifts available. The employee named Yuki appeared utterly lost. Others claim the gifts are reserved for "important" customers. I am thoroughly let down. Won't be returning.
Got a fabulous deal on my Christmas present to myself, and it arrived super fast (Santa now drives a Courier van, right!) Online shopping was a breeze, no need to trek across the city from south to west on Christmas Eve, saving me stress, petrol, and more. Was a bit bummed about not earning loyalty points on the Life Pharmacy system, but hey, I got what I wanted in record time. Merry Christmas to me, and big thanks to Life Pharmacy St Lukes. Highly recommended.
