I went to Yume Nails and Beauty yesterday for eyebrow treatment. I paid $25 but sadly got burns and marks on my skin. The team seemed unskilled and unprofessional, and a language barrier made it hard to express my concerns. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place as it could harm your skin.
Staff were not skilled! They charged a lot for a small job! Total rip off! I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. I've seen many negative reviews. I should have checked them before going.
Extremely poor service, rushed and tore the skin. Two people were working on nails simultaneously, causing severe toe skin damage that bled for a long time, and they didn't even apologize. Staff was really impolite and unprofessional. I won't return. Not recommended.
