The staff and service are incredibly unhelpful. Once they make a sale, they don't seem to care about the customer anymore. The management is also lacking and overall, it's a terrible place to make a purchase.
There is a definite need for improvement in customer service. People often come to check out products without the immediate intention to buy. It's important to have staff who are approachable and respectful, rather than making fun of customers seeking more information.
I purchased a samsung power adapter trio for click and collect from a store on the 25th of December and went to collect it on the 27th. I paid $99, but received a used adapter as the box seemed to have been previously opened and resealed. Additionally, the adapter itself was dirty when I opened the box. It's disappointing to receive a product in this condition after paying the full amount.
