Visited the Hamilton store on several occasions, the gentleman there is fantastic, knowledgeable, and very amicable. However, there is a new individual working there who emits a strong unpleasant odor. I have been there multiple times recently, and the odor remains consistent each time! He really needs to address that issue!

I also recall the incredibly helpful chap. I am extremely let down by the service I've received from the individual who's been present recently. I had the gadget in the photo swapped under warranty due to its erratic functioning, but the replacement also had intermittent issues and completely malfunctioned after a few uses. However, I was informed that it was too late to do anything about it. Furthermore, he deceived me by suggesting that the problem could be fixed by replacing the bullet with one similar to the one in another image. Yet, what he instructed me to remove is not a bullet but a battery compartment, firmly attached with terminals and wires linked to the actual bullet in the head. The costly bullet he sold us is significantly larger and serves no purpose for us. Regrettably, we are now resorting to purchasing items online from different companies!

My significant other and I went to this shop a couple of days ago. We have visited a few times before, usually experiencing pleasant customer service and friendliness, etc. However, during this visit, an elderly man behind the counter greeted us with a strange smirk and a wink. He did not speak to us at all, just continuously stared at us in an uncomfortable manner, not as if we were suspected of theft, but in a way that made us feel very uneasy. We opted to leave as we did not wish to stay any longer. We made a purchase, once again with no verbal communication, just the unsettling gaze and peculiar smile. We then proceeded to another store where the atmosphere felt much more normal!
