Avoid this place. During my visit, they paused my dipping manicure halfway to start my pedicure without letting me clean off the dipping powder. As a result, the powder got all over my clothes and handbag. After the pedicure, they resumed the manicure, leaving my fingers stained from the powder sitting on my skin for 20 minutes.
I had my nails done on Saturday, gel polish on both my hands and feet. By Monday, the polish on my hands came off. When I raised the issue, they insisted their paint was fine and that it had been over two days, refusing to fix it. I paid $75 for a manicure and pedicure, plus $5 for a nail extension. Spending $80 on gel paint that lasts as long as regular paint and peels off easily is not worth it. Avoid Manukau Professionail if you don't want to be scammed. Their customer service is subpar.
I won't be returning here. I got my nails done just before Christmas on the 22nd of December 2023, and it took until today to remove the last piece of the nail extensions. Typically, these extensions come off in four weeks, but the last two nails were particularly stubborn. The glue used needs to be checked as it can harm the skin. Very disappointing experience!😴😔
