Looking at their Instagram, their work is stunning, but I should've checked the Kiwi reviews before going to the store. They completely messed up my nails. I was left with bulky nails and glue all over my fingers. The store was packed, and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't suggest coming here; some of the workers shouldn't even be handling people's nails as they lack experience. I don't understand how this business is still operating.
I requested a simple Christmas nail art, for which I had to pay extra, but the result was terrible. The builder gel barely lasted two weeks, and the nail polish was too thick. I do not recommend this place.
My nails barely lasted an hour... I chose regular polish instead of gel because I remember last time I got gel done, the person applied it too thickly and painted over my skin, making it messy. This time, the regular polish looked okay, but the technician didn't give my nails enough time to dry between coats (base coat, two color coats, and a top coat). I raised my concerns, saying I don't think this will dry because it's applied so thickly, but they dismissed it and told me to wait. I ended up staying at the salon for 25 minutes longer than usual but had to leave for work. The picture was taken an hour after they said I could go home... I washed my hands and towel-dried them to see this... what a waste of money!
