Response to establishment: no remorse and no responsibility. As a fellow business owner, it's disheartening to witness. Simply put, it's standard procedure that when doing a perm and trim, the haircut should come after. He's not one to seek conflict, but as a hair salon, this should be common knowledge. Why would anyone want half of their head to remain straight after a perm? Before the treatment, his hair length was sufficient for perming. I'm deducting another star due to the lackluster reply.
