Always a fantastic experience with Tina and her crew. After relocating from Parnell where her beauty studio used to be, I have not discovered a lash specialist since. Hence, I opted to journey the 20 minutes to Flatbush to see her. She did not let me down. The drive was entirely worthwhile. Gratitude to her team member Mindy for executing such a splendid job. I strongly suggest Tina and her team. Thanks once more. Have a joyous Christmas and we'll catch up again in the New Year.About

I went today to get my eyebrows waxed and threaded, the person I usually go to, the Maori Indian one she was attending to someone else so I got it done by another person this time. My eyebrows were already in an arch shape and I wanted them to stay clean and in that shape, mate this person completely changed the shape, like do you know how long it takes to grow them and to actually maintain that shape. 01/03/2024 I requested a trim today at about 2:00 pm on my hair and showed her the photo and she agreed. I said just straight short cut. The initial cut was too bad it’s not straight and while I understand that she can’t speak much English that’s okay I asked for someone who can check on her work as I was trying to say it’s not straight and she cut way too short already, she’s already going to blow dry it. I asked her colleague very calmly “do you think she did a good job” she said “no” and spoke in their own language as she was trying to explain to the one that cut my hair maybe how to repair it. I still ended up crying while paying $40 on my trim on the counter.About

Promised wash, iron, and trim on Saturday, but then told about additional charges not mentioned earlier. Anjali didn't respond when I raised the issue, seeming indifferent. Staff did good work, but Anjali and her sister push for more money. Not recommended.About

Visited with my sister for a full face waxing and threading session at Beauty Bliss on Sunday 2/06/24. The staff was delightful, but we were both quite disappointed with the results. They accidentally cut my skin while they should have been stretching it to remove the fine hairs, leaving me with scratches on my face 😭. They did offer a partial refund, which I found acceptable.
