My visit was a disaster. Went in on Tuesday for foils and keratin, told to return in 3 days for a wash. Refused extra charge for same-day wash. Promised wash, iron, and trim on Saturday, but then told about additional charges not mentioned earlier. Anjali didn't respond when I raised the issue, seeming indifferent. Staff did good work, but Anjali and her sister push for more money. Not recommended.About

Our second visit here and by far the best haircuts for me and our son. Their prices are quite competitive, $25 for adults and $20 for kids. Top bloke, usually works alone and gives top-notch cuts to all, folks will line up and patiently wait for their turn. He's great at keeping track of who arrived first, especially post-lockdown when everyone is desperate for a trim. He demonstrates excellent sanitization practices between clients. They caused my hair to break and fall out. I requested simple highlight streaks. Despite showing them the picture multiple times, the manager insisted she knew exactly what to do without needing the photo. They applied too much bleach to my hair, causing significant damage. Three individuals frantically worked on my hair as it fell out. When I inquired about the situation, they deceitfully claimed that all was well. They continued to try and hide the issue, roughly handling my hair for 3 hours. There was no gentleness, no concern for my already fragile hair. In the end, my hair sported 5 different colors: orange, white, purple, brown, green. They charged me $390, assuming I wouldn't notice the disaster on my head, lying to me about the outcome. Returning home, I faced the harsh reality in the mirror. This was by far the worst experience, truly traumatic. They manipulate you into thinking they didn't mess up, shifting the blame onto you. I tried to come to terms with it, but each day I witness my hair breaking and falling out. This is by far mine and my whฤnau's most visited mall. We used to live within the area, and our home was just a few minutes' walk to here. We'd have lunch and/or dinner there on most days and shop for other stuff as well on other days. Even now, after moving to East Auckland we still come here on most days because we've become so familiar with the place and the stores. And it has everything, everything you could need all in one place. Imagine all your favourite stores in one place where you can just stroll from one to the other and then sit down and have a meal with whฤnau and friends or by yourself or even see a movie.
