01/03/2024 I requested a trim today at about 2:00 pm on my hair and showed her the photo and she agreed. I said just straight short cut. The initial cut was too bad it’s not straight and while I understand that she can’t speak much English that’s okay I asked for someone who can check on her work as I was trying to say it’s not straight and she cut way too short already, she’s already going to blow dry it. I asked her colleague very calmly “do you think she did a good job” she said “no” and spoke in their own language as she was trying to explain to the one that cut my hair maybe how to repair it. My eyebrows were already in an arch shape and I wanted them to stay clean and in that shape, mate this person completely changed the shape, like do you know how long it takes to grow them and to actually maintain that shape.
