My visit was a disaster. Went in on Tuesday for foils and keratin, told to return in 3 days for a wash. Refused extra charge for same-day wash. Promised wash, iron, and trim on Saturday, but then told about additional charges not mentioned earlier. Anjali didn't respond when I raised the issue, seeming indifferent. Staff did good work, but Anjali and her sister push for more money. Not recommended.About

To reach Alex Beauty Salon at 13 Philip Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 31 or 33 from Auckland CBD and get off at Papatoetoe Train Station. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head south on Great South Road, turn left onto Station Road, then right onto Philip Street. The salon will be on your left.

This is my second visit to Mayur Hair & Beauty Salon for hair treatments and the staff are always so hospitable. Thank you to Kiara Singh for being incredibly accommodating, offering me a choice of tea or coffee and consistently checking in on me during the 3-4 hour permanent hair straightening session. Overall, exceptional customer service.
