Looking at their Instagram, their work is stunning, but I should've checked the Kiwi reviews before going to the store. They completely messed up my nails. I was left with bulky nails and glue all over my fingers. The store was packed, and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't suggest coming here; some of the workers shouldn't even be handling people's nails as they lack experience. 01/03/2024 I requested a trim today at about 2:00 pm on my hair and showed her the photo and she agreed. I said just straight short cut. The initial cut was too bad it’s not straight and while I understand that she can’t speak much English that’s okay I asked for someone who can check on her work as I was trying to say it’s not straight and she cut way too short already, she’s already going to blow dry it. I asked her colleague very calmly “do you think she did a good job” she said “no” and spoke in their own language as she was trying to explain to the one that cut my hair maybe how to repair it. I still ended up crying while paying $40 on my trim on the counter.About
