I wish to express my gratitude to Sarah, Eliana, and Jasminder, as well as the other team members at Specsavers Auckland for their exceptional service today and during my visit a few weeks back. I felt at ease and comfortable asking questions and sharing a few laughs with them. They were incredibly courteous and patient, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. I absolutely adore my new glasses, and it's just a matter of adjusting to them. Thank you once again for your warm hospitality.
This marks my second purchase of glasses from spec savers, with my first pair acquired in New Plymouth and my second pair from Auckland City, and at both locations, I encountered staff who were friendly, helpful, and treated me with respect. Underwent my initial eye examination at this location, unsure of what to anticipate and feeling quite anxious. The welcoming staff made the process smooth and non-intimidating. There was a delightful selection of eyewear to choose from, and the prices were quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
