Solid hair cleanse. Decent hair trim at a fair price. They were knowledgeable. No issues. Didn't get the stylist I requested, but they still did a good job, so no grievances.
My virgin visit there. Emailed them in Nov, they quoted me $150-$260. I reserved for 2:30 pm, but they commenced my hair at 3:15. A tad irksome, but 'tis the festive season, so no biggie. The crew were amiable, I requested a rich red hue all over my locks (previously copper with sprouting roots). The individual tending to my hair was delightful, but I stressed abundantly that I desired no hints of purple, just a deep red akin to mahogany or red wine. They left the bleach on my locks for about an hour and 20 minutes while tending to another client, then applied the colour and rinsed. My locks emerged purple (absolutely not what I requested or showed them) with the back of my head (left with bleach for too long) essentially white. They escorted me back to the washing area and applied a different toner, which this time turned out splendid. I'm quite content with it; however, when it came time to settle the bill, it totaled around $390-something. I didn't have the funds, and they graciously reduced it to $350. I'm appreciative, but they hadn't given me an initial quote, and charged me for a blunder they made without informing me at ANY point that there would be additional charges. I departed around 9:30 pm, it took 7 hours as my hairdresser was juggling different clients simultaneously. (Once more, I comprehend it's the holiday season, but goodness, 7 hours). To top it off, I had overstayed my parking and might receive a ticket. A mix of emotions, but they did a commendable job in the end. Straight up.
