I value my time and do not wish to waste it on a re-capture using a phone camera. Furthermore, customers should be informed about the camera situation before any charges are imposed. Most individuals carry smartphones these days, so if you are going to use phone cameras for official photos and charge $13, why should customers visit your shop? I recommend utilizing a professional camera and informing customers about any camera issues before requesting payment.
The service consistently disappoints whenever Mohammed is absent from the premises. Three staff members stationed behind the reception area prioritize restocking items over attending to customers waiting at the counter. There is a complete lack of acknowledgment towards customers, leaving us in the dark about whether our need for service is recognized. Mohammed, on the other hand, promptly greets customers upon their arrival and promptly leaves his post at the back to assist them. I've been hesitant to leave a review for months, but how can we expect any improvement without providing feedback...?
