This store is still recognized as Countdown. It may take some time before the transition to Woolworths is complete. Situated in the shopping centre, it offers a wide range of products and excellent service. I am particularly fond of the reasonably priced fresh flowers/bouquets. Ever since the switch to Everyday Rewards, the specials have been fantastic. There is a diverse selection of sauces and wines available. The self-service checkouts provide a convenient way to pay and leave. The staff is friendly, and there is ample parking space due to its location within the mall.
Staff were extremely helpful. My only worry was the two chocolate sticks/twirls priced at $3.00 each that I purchased from the bakery section. Upon closer inspection at home, I discovered that they were incredibly hard! Clearly not fresh! Even after attempting to soften them in the microwave, they remained inedible. What happened to quality control, Woolworths? Those chocolate sticks should have been discarded either this morning or yesterday! And you profited $6 for nothing. What a scam!
