They caused my hair to break and fall out. I requested simple highlight streaks. Despite showing them the picture multiple times, the manager insisted she knew exactly what to do without needing the photo. They applied too much bleach to my hair, causing significant damage. Three individuals frantically worked on my hair as it fell out. When I inquired about the situation, they deceitfully claimed that all was well. They continued to try and hide the issue, roughly handling my hair for 3 hours. There was no gentleness, no concern for my already fragile hair. In the end, my hair sported 5 different colors: orange, white, purple, brown, green. They charged me $390, assuming I wouldn't notice the disaster on my head, lying to me about the outcome. Returning home, I faced the harsh reality in the mirror. This was by far the worst experience, truly traumatic. They manipulate you into thinking they didn't mess up, shifting the blame onto you. I tried to come to terms with it, but each day I witness my hair breaking and falling out. I deeply regret choosing this salon.
I accompanied a person with disabilities from my service for a haircut, and the staff were not very kind to her. The haircut was not done properly, and it did not look like she had even gotten one. It was truly disappointing.
