I scheduled a meeting for 10 o'clock and the individual I was supposed to see was getting her hair washed. I arrived 10 minutes early, so I was okay with waiting. By 10:10, I was still waiting, and another woman had just arrived without an appointment. They attended to her first, even though I had an appointment. I was furious and decided to leave.
