I scheduled a meeting for 10 o'clock and the individual I was supposed to see was getting her hair washed. I arrived 10 minutes early, so I was okay with waiting. By 10:10, I was still waiting, and another woman had just arrived without an appointment. They attended to her first, even though I had an appointment. I was furious and decided to leave. I've been a customer there for years, but I was so disappointed with the service today.
The service is acceptable, but there are hygiene concerns with the cover on the bed. It's so dirty that you can see stains from previous clients on it, and the lady doesn't wear gloves during Brazilian waxing. Apart from that, it's not too bad.
I strongly advise against visiting this salon, even if you urgently need a haircut. They make you wait even if you have an appointment. They quote $55 for a haircut, but when you pay, $57 is deducted from your account. Why deceive customers? The stylist showed no interest in cutting hair, taking only 15 minutes to finish. Please, never set foot in that salon. This is an honest experience I'm sharing with everyone.
