I visited for our passport photos, and I was not satisfied with mine initially, but it was my fault. I requested a retake, and they kindly obliged without any complaints. The staff was kind and friendly. I am very pleased and would recommend this place for anyone needing photos. Thank you.
I am disappointed with the service I received at Pharmacy Unichem Browns Road Manurewa on 28 June 2024. Despite informing the pharmacy assistant of my deafness, I was not given proper communication accommodations, leading to a long wait of two hours and twenty-five minutes. Additionally, I was not informed when my prescription was ready, having to inquire multiple times. Another assistant eventually provided my inhalers, and the pharmacist apologized. However, I was unhappy with the neglect towards my deafness. On a different visit to Local Doctors Browns Road Manurewa on 10 September 2024, a receptionist was inconsiderate despite my efforts to communicate my deafness. The doctor apologized for the delay, but the receptionist did not. I was unimpressed with the service from the receptionist on both occasions.
