Following thorough research, we opted for Get-Waxed Vehicle Grooming to give our Trailite Oakura 8.2m motorhome a comprehensive wash, wax, and polish (including the challenge of cleaning the roof under the narrow solar panel clearance). Paddy, the proprietor, dedicated a significant portion of the day meticulously detailing everything, and we were ECSTATIC with the results. Lack of clear communication with the staff, as they struggle with English, making it difficult to convey my preferences. I requested a French tip pedicure with a darker base to address nail imperfections. It took three attempts with different staff members to finally get my request across. Upon completion, I was dissatisfied with the $35 service and results. When I voiced my concerns, I was repeatedly blamed for choosing a different base color and having a non-flat nail (their responsibility to flatten). The only resolution offered was to return the next day (not feasible) or remove the polish for a refund.
