Lack of clear communication with the staff, as they struggle with English, making it difficult to convey my preferences. I requested a French tip pedicure with a darker base to address nail imperfections. It took three attempts with different staff members to finally get my request across. Upon completion, I was dissatisfied with the $35 service and results. When I voiced my concerns, I was repeatedly blamed for choosing a different base color and having a non-flat nail (their responsibility to flatten). The only resolution offered was to return the next day (not feasible) or remove the polish for a refund. Following thorough research, we opted for Get-Waxed Vehicle Grooming to give our Trailite Oakura 8.2m motorhome a comprehensive wash, wax, and polish (including the challenge of cleaning the roof under the narrow solar panel clearance). Paddy, the proprietor, dedicated a significant portion of the day meticulously detailing everything, and we were ECSTATIC with the results. Our motorhome now looks as if it just rolled off the lot: pristine! Thank you, Paddy.
