Discriminatory. Upon entering the shop, Your employee by the name of Sarah from Wellington (fragrance department) made me and my younger cousin feel uneasy. She approached us in a manner that was intimidating and forceful. The attitude and conduct she exhibited seemed to be based on social profiling. It’s incredibly painful and disrespectful. Saying “um so are you ladies all right” and then standing and staring to the point where it became uncomfortable and obvious that she was racially profiling us. This is not the first occurrence! Dissatisfied customer and not a good representation for your company.
Aiden provided exceptional service, guiding me to various products across the store. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Looking forward to wearing the suit you helped me choose. And the colognes will complement it perfectly.
