Harvey Norman staff are incredibly exceptional. We visited to purchase a mid-range Bosch Oven. Sarah is evidently a seasoned cook, had been sent by Harvey Norman for Bosch training in WLG, and could explain to us the benefits of the steam function on the top-tier model. She secured such a discount on the floor display model that we decided to go for it. The delight that oven brings us daily is immense, we are deeply grateful. Other staff members have also been exceptional, they make shopping there a pleasure. The Southland region is fortunate to have such great service.
Usually excellent, but a dreadful experience today. I had a clear idea of what I wanted but couldn't determine from the website if it was available in stock or not so I called to inquire as I live quite a distance away, and the salesperson implied I was clueless, kept directing me back to the website, and abruptly ended the call.
Steer clear of their wooden outdoor furniture. It's utterly absurd. It's assembled with feeble joints. We spent a fortune on it. Never again. This set didn't even get direct sunlight.
