Waited two weeks for an appointment only to have it canceled, and they couldn't reschedule me because their schedule was full. They said I was on a cancellation list but I haven't heard back from them since.
I am extremely disappointed! After paying for my glasses at OPSM, I discovered that I had paid over double what I would have at Specsavers for the exact same prescription glasses! I regret not going to Specsavers in the first place. It's my own fault for choosing the first optometrist I came across. I should have gotten quotes beforehand. A costly lesson learned!
I had a really awful experience at OPSM today. I made an appointment with OPSM last month, they confirmed the date and time over the phone but didn't send a text message. Yesterday, a person called to confirm my appointment for today. When I arrived at 12 pm, they informed me that my appointment was actually at 2 pm. I didn't have any proof to show them, so I assumed there was a miscommunication during the phone call. I agreed to return at 2 pm. However, when I returned at 2 pm, they had canceled my appointment, giving my slot to someone else. There was a lack of empathy and no apology from them. I rearranged my schedule for this and ended up wasting my entire day. This appointment was for my children, who were exhausted from the waiting and subsequent cancellation. It was incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend OPSM to anyone due to their very poor customer service.
