Lack of clear communication with the staff, as they struggle with English, making it difficult to convey my preferences. I requested a French tip pedicure with a darker base to address nail imperfections. It took three attempts with different staff members to finally get my request across. Upon completion, I was dissatisfied with the $35 service and results. When I voiced my concerns, I was repeatedly blamed for choosing a different base color and having a non-flat nail (their responsibility to flatten). The only resolution offered was to return the next day (not feasible) or remove the polish for a refund. Disappointing service overall.
Decided on a spontaneous pedicure visit and was accommodated within 10 minutes. The service was meticulous, and I'm pleased with the results. The only downside was the staff conversing in a language I couldn't understand.
Scheduled a 9am appointment online, expecting a 55-minute session. However, the salon opened late at 9.10am and didn't start on my nails until 9.15am. The appointment lasted an hour and a half, causing me to be tardy for my next commitment. The acrylic nails are uneven, bumpy, and unbalanced, with clumps of acrylic left underneath. Not a recommended experience.
