I had the most fantastic Māori Head Massage with Carolyn. It was exactly what I needed. Incredibly soothing, didn't want to leave the table. Thank You. Also got my nails done by Gurda. Definitely recommend MillieG's, such a delightful pampering experience.
Just had my first experience with Reflexology and I'm hooked. As Carolyn started working on my feet, I wasn't sure how it would affect my whole body... but after half an hour, it was like I was drifting into relaxation. I felt my entire body and mind unwind. Carolyn identified my blocked areas and we discussed both physical and emotional aspects. She was incredibly accurate. She ended with an energy-restoring meditation, also a first for me.
