Had an amazing time at Tonik today. Salon was stunning, spotless and organized, staff were welcoming and I received an outstanding haircut. Excellent consultation and overall the service was exceptional. I'd highly recommend them!
My hair looked good initially. However, I later discovered that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned, as I found hair dye residue all over my scalp. After washing my hair, I experienced dandruff and noticed that the haircut I asked for (medium layers) was not done properly. I'm giving 2 stars solely for the color work which was decent, but I'm disappointed with the outcome considering the price I paid.
Wonderful atmosphere, talented hair stylists, definitely worth a visit.
