My son Charlie came in for a haircut, but the person with the pink hair completely missed the mark. The haircut was way too short and nothing like the picture he had shown, which left him feeling very upset and reluctant to go to school. This led to him getting into trouble at school for keeping his hood on. We won't be returning, as the haircut cannot be fixed due to excessive cutting. It was heartbreaking to see him almost in tears when we got home, all because his wishes were not respected and the picture was not followed.
I just wanted to express my immense gratitude to Sarah for the fantastic job she did on my hair color. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Now I can relax knowing that my roots won't be showing at the three-week mark, as everything blends seamlessly. She also gave me a fabulous bob haircut.
