I've been a patient at this clinic for years. Today, on the 13th of July, I've been waiting for a week for a refund to be transferred back into my account, but still, nothing has happened. I specifically requested this refund as I need the money for fuel to collect my insulin. Due to NOBODY checking on it, I may now have to wait another week before I can access my essential medication. I tried seeking assistance from WINZ, but they wouldn't help until Whaiora gave consent. I'm stuck in this situation without my medication.
Absolutely appalling service! These healthcare providers are a disgrace. They operate on taxpayer and iwi funds without any accountability. Welcome to stakeholder capitalism!
The doctors here are exceptional! I've been a patient at this practice for nearly 15 years and have witnessed its growth. Dr. Peter Morrison has provided me with excellent care, and I hope my next doctor can live up to his standard. The staff always go above and beyond, even when they are short-staffed.
