Acquired the most stunning jade pendant here. They offer a fantastic range, all sourced from New Zealand and reasonably priced. The saleswoman who assisted us was patient and accommodating, showing us various pieces before we made our choice. She even added a silver attachment to the pendant so I could wear it on a chain. Since it's a gift for my best friend's 30th birthday, she beautifully gift-wrapped it. I am eagerly awaiting January to give it to my friend! Definitely worth a visit for everyone. Thank you!!
Visited twice during the week of 19 February 2024 in search of a silver bracelet. The first time I entered, the person at the front desk was engrossed in his computer and didn't acknowledge me. The lady at the back of the store did notice me and offered assistance. I was just browsing at that point and spotted several bracelets that caught my eye. I came back two days later. Once again, the man at the counter was fixated on his screen, not making eye contact or acknowledging me. This time, the woman at the back was busy on her phone and seemed unaware of my presence. I lingered, hoping to be attended to, but eventually left and went to Westrupp Jewellers across the street. The contrast was stark. A friendly and welcoming man greeted me there and helped me find what I was looking for. Consequently, I purchased a lovely silver bracelet from them. Tasman Bay Jewellers, you missed out on a sale from a willing customer. Improve your customer service.
