Karen displays professionalism and warmth. I thoroughly enjoy my appointments with her.
They were quite unpleasant. I had scheduled a first-time waxing appointment. Upon entering, there was no greeting extended to me. Karen glanced at me and called me by the wrong name, a forgivable error but the beginning of a disappointing visit. She failed to provide any explanation. There was no mention of the heat or the application area, leaving me completely uninformed about the process. She barely checked in with me during the session. When I inquired if she enjoyed her work, she mentioned that she doesn't do this all the time, implying a lack of enthusiasm for this aspect of her job. At the conclusion, she did not allow me time to put my underwear back on, and I was not given the opportunity to inspect the results before leaving. Additionally, there was a piece of wax left on my buttocks. Moreover, she charged me more than the initially agreed upon price, a detail that was not disclosed until the end. Overall, it was a negative experience, and I would not recommend it.
If Karen's work could receive negative fifty stars, I would gladly provide them. I strongly advise against seeking her services for laser removal. She has caused irreversible scarring on my skin. It is evident that she lacks proper training and is willing to damage the self-esteem of an 18-year-old for the sake of profit.
