I've just visited to schedule an appointment to save time for all, and the individual at the front desk was the most impolite person I've encountered in quite some time. Spent around 40 or 50 minutes on hold today and received no response, hence decided to drive over in person. If this is a private company, it's advisable to address the staff, and if it's a government department, what's the protocol?
