I’ve been frequenting this salon for about a year now and this lovely Kiwi lady has always given me fantastic cuts. I receive many compliments at work every time I leave with a fresh haircut, and I have never had a bad experience. My brother also gets his hair done here, and we both agree that the staff are exceptional and the salon is always clean. I highly recommend it.
The barber was friendly, but he is from Sweden and struggles with English. He charged me $52 instead of the $40 I asked for. Let's just say he completely messed up my hair. I requested a low fade, but he gave me something so terrible that I had to ask him to shave it all off. I'm devastated because I had been growing my hair out for 6 months. The other staff members are great, but this guy is a disaster. Avoid him at all costs.
I brought my 2-year-old son here for his first haircut, and Lavinia was absolutely wonderful and professional. Despite my son squirming the whole time, she managed to give him a very cute and handsome haircut. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the results. I would give it a 10/10 rating and definitely recommend it. Thank you, Lavinia!
