Ages ago I got a hair trim here, it was the worst experience ever and very awkward for me. I reserved a week beforehand and arrived early they attempted to say I didn't book an appointment but I told them yes I did they kept saying I didn't but then found my name in their book. I'm a big person and from the way the staff were looking me up and down it was like they thought I wouldn't fit in the seat or I couldn't pay for the hair trim but after a rushed job and paying them I was relieved to get out of there and would never go there again.
Not happy! Perhaps the poorest haircut I’ve had in a long while. Men’s haircut is not hard to a trained barber, was hurried and not well done at all. Absolutely can’t believe the price I was charged for that haircut. Definitely going elsewhere.
Filipino barber completely disregarded my request and ruined my hair. $48.00 for a complete waste of time, something I could have done better myself. No bang for your buck. I would not suggest this Great Cuts, it's a poorly managed cash grab business. Kindly go elsewhere.
