We've given up on getting household aid as almost every week the coordinator would call and say no one was free to do the 1 hour of cleaning we were promised a few years ago. It became very stressful hearing this poor woman apologize repeatedly that there was no one to do the job.
This healthcare provider doesn't hire suitable staff. They are disorganized, unreliable, and very unhelpful. Some have been emotionally abusive, intimidating, and aggressive. Our complaints haven't been taken seriously or handled appropriately. The cleaning quality is below par and very minimal. The staff aren't monitored in any way. Please don't let anyone you care about use this service.
