I wouldn't suggest opting for gel nails, as my previous gel manicure was completely ground off without soaking, and my nails were further filed down to apply fresh gel. Now, my nails are incredibly thin and sensitive. The technician was rushing, resulting in inadequate curing time for most gel layers. Additionally, the salon appeared quite unkempt.
I am extremely let down and would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only did it take 3 hours to get a basic set of nails done (with fake nails applied), but I also sat with half-done nails for 40 minutes while they tended to other clients. Another staff member took over my nails while Tommy finished with his own client. During this process, my cuticles were redone, and one was ripped out, leading to an infection. I had to bear the costs of doctor visits due to their mistake. Despite my attempts to seek a refund, all they offer is an apology. The salon's hygiene standards were lacking, making the experience unpleasant. If possible, I would rate it zero stars, but since I can't, I have to settle for 1 star. As mentioned, I strongly advise against this place, and I am thoroughly disappointed.
I've visited this lovely salon multiple times for nail services, and each visit has been delightful. The staff is friendly, and Tommy's designs are truly impressive! I especially adore his ombré nails with glitter and blue swirls. His talent shines through in his work <3
