Absolutely stunning reception upon my arrival, I displayed a photograph of my desired look - acrylic nails with a gel pink nude finish in an oval shape! My nails turned out even better than the reference photo, oh my goodness! I highly recommend this place, the attention to detail and cleanliness in each stage was exceptional. A huge shout out to my nail technician, Tommy!!
I would never set foot in that establishment again, in Auckland. Hello, beautiful nails in Napier, I don't mind paying a bit extra for quality work, but they overcharged me. Despite being a regular customer who always gets my nails done, they decided to hike up the prices. The lady who attended to me seemed clueless about what she was doing, and the owner, who was aware of my loyalty, refused to provide her services and expected her employees to do all the work. She made me bleed three times, and a nail came off before I left. They were reluctant to issue a refund and instead offered to "glue it back on." I could tell it was a shoddy job even before I sat up, but I didn't anticipate it falling off as soon as I left. Two days later, three more nails have fallen off, which is why I demanded more than the $10 they were offering me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially since this was my final nail appointment before a special occasion. The pink nails have a red tint and noticeable dents, which is unacceptable for someone who understands proper nail care. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I have visited this lovely salon in Wellington a few times to get my nails done. Each visit has been delightful, everyone is so friendly! Tommy has created several stunning designs for me, showcasing his incredible talent! I adore his work <3 (such as ombré nails with glitter and blue swirls).
