We bought a Kiwi Premier 4 person spa almost a year ago. Willow and the team have been (and continue to be) the epitome of professionalism during a very challenging time of delay after delay due to Covid (ordered in November 2020 and arrived in February 2021). However, despite this, the team had our best interests at heart and the silver lining for the delays was an amazing upgrade from a 2 person to the 4 person due to the All Blacks Special for not much more than what we had been quoted on the original purchase. The delivery went smoothly and full set up and instruction were provided. We have received prompt service for all future interactions with the team when purchasing chemicals etc. Purchasing a spa through Willow at Hot Springs Spa Napier has been one of the best investments we have made, especially as we prepare to compete in ironman distance events later this year. Relaxing in it after exercise helps the muscles recover quickly. The cost of running it is very minimal at only $30-40 extra per month (compared to 100-150 for cheaper brands). Although the initial cost is higher than some brands, the efficiency of running them and the pre and post-sales service is worth the additional expense. Being able to have friends and family join in a spa session is fantastic. The Kiwi comfortably accommodates 4 people even though it is smaller than some 4 person spas.
