This wine bar provides a wide-ranging and remarkable array of wines from across the globe, accompanied by superb local selections. The extensive drink options cater to diverse tastes. The food, featuring a standout tartare, is simply superb. Positioned in a splendid location, the atmosphere enhances the overall fabulous experience.
Only spent one eve in Napier and so pleased we reserved dinner at Matisse. The cuisine was incredibly delicious, inventive and expertly prepared. The wine list was notably impressive and the service was welcoming and exceptionally professional. Definitely suggest a stopover. We indulged in the pork belly, lamb ribs, Argentina beef, homemade focaccia and veggies... yes we ordered a lot and relished every bite 🙃
An amazing wine bar for enjoying some quality time with a special someone. Highly recommend this spot during your visit to Napier.
