I've visited your shop several times recently (I'm a regular customer) and each time I've been completely ignored by the checkout and self-checkout staff. Not even a simple greeting. I'm a sociable person who always says hello, so being disregarded when I'm spending my money is not okay. It's not difficult to say hello and goodbye, even when busy. This experience has really put me off your store.
Fantastic shop, fully stocked with all sorts. Spacious aisles with a wide array of dry and fresh groceries. Reminds me of the Campbell's cash and carry stores in Australia, but even better.
The Pak N Save in Napier CBD has declined over time. Often lacking stock of various items. The range of products has also decreased. I highly recommend the Tamatea Pak N Save - it's a much nicer store with a better selection.
