Not a sports store. Primarily an attire boutique. They do not carry tennis balls, squash balls, or any sporting essentials.
The team was warm, courteous, and accommodating. Although the desired item was unavailable, they efficiently checked stock in Tauranga and provided guidance.
Top-notch service. I was welcomed by the two men working there with beaming faces and they promptly guided me to the product location, a rarity these days.
