I've had the pleasure of getting the Cezanne keratin treatment at RM Hair for the second time, and I can't recommend it enough. Charlotte is absolutely fantastic. She's highly professional and knowledgeable. My hair was severely damaged from excessive straightening, and Charlotte knew exactly how to revive it and provided me with excellent tips for maintaining it at home. I started seeing remarkable results within a couple of weeks after the treatment. I highly recommend it!
As a new customer, I'm pleased with the booking service, and my stylist Dana had reached out to me when she was unwell to reschedule. I appreciate the text reminders before appointments. The salon has top-notch furnishings in the waiting area and a sophisticated interior that showcases the retail and salon products. I was very impressed and well taken care of by the team. I'm happy to recommend this salon.
Second visit with Charlotte for the Qiqi keratin treatment and the service was absolutely outstanding. Charlotte is fantastic and incredibly friendly, and the Qiqi treatment is truly exceptional - I have extremely curly hair that tends to frizz in humidity, but after this treatment, it's smooth, silky, and looks like it's straight out of a hair commercial! After my first treatment, I attended an outdoor concert where it was lightly raining on and off - typically, my hair would have turned into a frizzy, fluffy mess, but by the end of the night, my hair looked exactly the same as when I left the house. I'm amazed and, needless to say, hooked ❤️ and it lasts for a long time!
