Oh my, I'm not quite understanding how your prices are justified given that all your inventory is donated. It would be quite challenging for many struggling individuals to make purchases here. Much more affordable options can be found at K-mart and The Warehouse. Disappointing behavior, Salvation Army.

There's definitely a lot of items marked up in price, although there are still some good deals to be found. The customer service leaves much to be desired, not very welcoming and quite judgmental with their looks. Not impressed at all.

The items for sale are significantly overpriced. It seems like the staff responsible for pricing believe the clothes appear brand new, despite being second-hand and often containing stains, marks, or tears. While I have come across some nice pieces like overalls and a hoodie, they are still too costly. The fitting room doors are poorly designed, leaving very little privacy as they are too short, allowing others to see up to your thighs. This lack of privacy can make changing a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience. The staff are average, not very friendly, especially those at the front desk who do not engage in light-hearted banter. I recently discovered that cash payments are no longer accepted. While this may be convenient for some, it poses a challenge for individuals, particularly those who are financially disadvantaged or homeless, who only have cash on hand and no access to cards.
