I've had the pleasure of getting the Cezanne keratin treatment at RM Hair for the second time, and I can't recommend it enough. Charlotte is absolutely fantastic. She's highly professional and knowledgeable. My hair was severely damaged from excessive straightening, and Charlotte knew exactly how to revive it and provided me with excellent tips for maintaining it at home. I started seeing remarkable results within a couple of weeks after the treatment. But when I returned to Tāmaki Makaurau I was lost without her and she suggested I visit Pounamu because that's where her mum started going. It's absolutely wonderful, the stylists are all wonderful, kind individuals with many years of expertise. You always feel confident that you're in good hands regardless of the stylist, although I have really connected with Mia, we have fantastic sessions together and always try something different and it always turns out great! She offered plenty of tips on managing his hair, and even gave him some product samples to try out. Refused to pay the extra fee, which led to a public scene, humiliating me in front of other patrons.
