Extremely disappointed with the service from consultant Francois Kleyn at Turners Dunedin. I was emailed informing me that I had won an auction on a van with a chairlift and that it could take up to a week for telematics to be removed and that there was rust not previously mentioned. We agreed I was still interested and that I would wait the time needed. After days of waiting we get confirmation everything is sorted and we can collect. We told back up options that we had sorted something and they could sell on. Only to be texted and told we never won the van and it had been sold that first day, sorry, his mistake...?! This has left us confused and hurt, searching again for a chairlift to get our family around.
By far the best car yard in all of Otago, friendly staff who are also knowledgeable in what they are selling. Special shout out to Lisa who has helped me and my partner multiple times over a couple weeks and even reached out personally when she saw a car come available we could be interested in. Top lass and great business all round. If you are looking to sell your car quick this is the place, but the price won't be high, but that's expected. Highly recommend.
The staff here were amazing in getting me into a new car... well first NZ owner anyway.
