Misleading - pedicure promotion Additional $10 for gel I opted for varnish, yet I was still charged an extra $10, apparently because clear varnish costs $30. While the promotion is still good, I found the experience misleading, and communication was difficult as no one spoke English fluently. Around 5 women insisted that I was mistaken. I will not be returning, which is disappointing as I have always come here for my nails.
The woman was lovely and the setting is pleasant, but unfortunately, this pedicure did not meet expectations - see images of my unevenly shaped and poorly painted nails. Tried to address the issue, but the person in charge (Jane) was oddly confrontational and insisted that the nails were shaped correctly and only needed the polish redone? Peculiar, considering one of my big toe nails is clearly rounded while the other is cut square but uneven. I ended up paying $20 for their time and had to redo them myself at home. My nails will remain uneven and oddly shaped until they grow out a bit. I have never written a review like this before, but I am truly puzzled by this experience and the unprofessionalism of the manager - would not recommend.
1st time customer, a friend recommended this establishment to me. Exceptional service, warm welcome, delightful ambiance, highly professional, and absolutely love my nails. Highly recommend. Thank you very much.
