Best customer service I've ever received in New Zealand! They went above and beyond by taking a part off a new bike to help me out, even though I'm from out of town. Their attitude was, "You came all this way, so enjoy the biking experience here." Absolutely brilliant! 👏 However, when I returned this year with a brake issue, they said a perfectly good cable needed replacing. I decided to go to another shop, and in just 10 minutes and $20.00, the job was done without replacing the cable (which I knew didn't need replacing). They went from hero to zero, clearly not wanting to do the job. Disappointing!!!
Extremely helpful, friendly, and skilled service in New Zealand! They assisted me in finding the perfect bike. Despite a few technical issues post-purchase, they've been consistently helpful over the phone and managed to solve my problems remotely. Great customer service experience! Reasonable price too, highly recommend!
Incredible service in New Zealand! The staff at Electrify Nelson are approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about their wide range of e-bikes. Being able to test ride the bikes was a huge advantage for me, as I'm not very confident on an e-bike. Having a bike specialist introduce me to electric assist was very reassuring before making a purchase. This upgrade from my old 10-year-old bike has made me feel comfortable and confident. 👍 I highly recommend Electrify Nelson!
