Top-notch store. Audrey went above and beyond in presenting the washing machine and dryer. She even arranged for the washing machine from another branch and checked in via phone call to ensure I got the items and was satisfied. A stellar display of exceptional customer service. We adore our new washing machine and dryer. The store staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with loading the items into the car.
A very kind assistant gave us top advice when buying a new printer. Our old one lasted 8 years, so I was leaning towards a similar model, but they pointed out other options with lower running costs. The store layout wasn't my favorite, having to navigate through lots of furniture to reach the electronics section, but I truly appreciated the help today.
Entered to browse furniture, 3 individuals seated, none approached or asked if I needed help... sadly, a common sight here. Everyone seemingly occupied, glued to their screens, avoiding customers skillfully... perhaps I should dress sharper or return in old age to receive genuine service! What a farce... I'm astounded these folks earn for essentially doing nothing; some seek work desperately, yet these individuals prefer idleness at home.
