Best customer service I've ever received in New Zealand! They went above and beyond by taking a part off a new bike to help me out, even though I'm from out of town. Their attitude was, "You came all this way, so enjoy the biking experience here." Absolutely brilliant! 👏 However, when I returned this year with a brake issue, they said a perfectly good cable needed replacing. I decided to go to another shop, and in just 10 minutes and $20.00, the job was done without replacing the cable (which I knew didn't need replacing). They went from hero to zero, clearly not wanting to do the job. Disappointing!!!

Finally found a hairdresser who gets me! Andreas really took the time to understand my hair needs and preferences, despite my indecisiveness. The care and attention they put into their work was evident, and the conversations were engaging. And to top it off, I was treated to a lovely cup of Earl Grey tea. I absolutely adore my new hairstyle! It brings a smile to my face every time I look in the mirror. The best haircut and color I've had in ages. Thank you, Andreas! Decided to buy some appliances, spoke with the person in the store (it was a Sunday) who mentioned it might be delivered late Monday afternoon. Continued the conversation and then she mentioned they don't deliver on Mondays, so it would be Wednesday. A minute later, she said the delivery person was busy, so I might be lucky to get it by Friday afternoon... all without even checking her computer. In just 5 minutes, a whole week was added to the delivery time. Completely turned me off the purchase. She even arranged for the washing machine from another branch and checked in via phone call to ensure I got the items and was satisfied. A stellar display of exceptional customer service.
