Finally found a hairdresser who gets me! Andreas really took the time to understand my hair needs and preferences, despite my indecisiveness. The care and attention they put into their work was evident, and the conversations were engaging. And to top it off, I was treated to a lovely cup of Earl Grey tea. Decided to buy some appliances, spoke with the person in the store (it was a Sunday) who mentioned it might be delivered late Monday afternoon. Continued the conversation and then she mentioned they don't deliver on Mondays, so it would be Wednesday. A minute later, she said the delivery person was busy, so I might be lucky to get it by Friday afternoon... all without even checking her computer. In just 5 minutes, a whole week was added to the delivery time. Completely turned me off the purchase.
