Decided to buy some appliances, spoke with the person in the store (it was a Sunday) who mentioned it might be delivered late Monday afternoon. Continued the conversation and then she mentioned they don't deliver on Mondays, so it would be Wednesday. A minute later, she said the delivery person was busy, so I might be lucky to get it by Friday afternoon... all without even checking her computer. In just 5 minutes, a whole week was added to the delivery time. Completely turned me off the purchase. Best customer service I've ever received in New Zealand! They went above and beyond by taking a part off a new bike to help me out, even though I'm from out of town. Their attitude was, "You came all this way, so enjoy the biking experience here." Absolutely brilliant! 👏 However, when I returned this year with a brake issue, they said a perfectly good cable needed replacing. I decided to go to another shop, and in just 10 minutes and $20.00, the job was done without replacing the cable (which I knew didn't need replacing). They went from hero to zero, clearly not wanting to do the job. Disappointing!!!
